    Two groups again this Sunday. Siobhan Keating and Peter Sweeney will take the improvers group for a spin.

    Cathal will test the advanced group.

    Both leaving from Westwood at 9am. Remember, if you can put mudguards on your bike, your fellow club riders will thank you.
