No Club Cycle Christmas Day
No Club Turbo Wednesday 29th nor Thursday 30th December
No Club Cycle New Year’s Day
Monday, 2nd January: Club Cycle, 8.50am at Westwood for a 9.00am Departure
Wednesday, 4th January: Club Turbo, 8.00pm, Star of the Sea, Sandymount
Thursday, 5th January: Club Turbo, 7.39om, Suttonians
Sunday, 8th January: Club Cycle, 8.50am at Westwood for a 9.00am Departure
The Christmas break is perfect time to get a long gentle cycle in – Heart Rate Zones 1 or 2. Take full advantage of the down time and get the body used to the notion of a step-up in training for the New Year :o))
