Anne O’Leary, CEO of Vodafone (our DCT title sponsor) is swimming a kilometre a day for the month of September to raise funds for the ISPCC. One of our members has contacted me suggesting that we would try to organise a club swim on the final day of this challenge (Sunday 30th September) and go swim the last km with Anne. We’d like to try and get as many members out to swim with Anne in Seapoint that day (think high tide is about 2pm that day, will confirm closer to time) and everyone that is interested in swimming could give a donation of about €10 a head.

We have contacted Anne and she would be delighted to have us along. Vodafone are going to try and do something that day too so it would be good to get an idea of numbers.
