Bike Rental

Piranhas,

A friend of mine is coming home from Australia for a few weeks in July and he’s hoping to rent a bike so that we can go for a few spins.

Does anyone know of a good place around Dublin that will rent out a reliable set of wheels for a few days at a reasonable price?

Peter, I called around to 5 shops earlier in the year to see if we could set-up something for visiting 70.3 triathletes. I got a negative from each shop.

Best bet is to get a racing triathlete (of a similar size) to lend a training bike to your friend – assuming they are racing on a TT.

I’m using them for a friend coming to do the Wicklow 200. I could tell you after how good they were.
