(B) have ideas you would like to share on cycle routes or
(c) have ideas on the bike programme generally
you are invited to join the Bike Leaders at their meeting on Wednesday March 8th at 7.30pm in Westwood.
The agenda is as follows:
1. Disciplines of a strong bike leader – presentation / talk
2. Formal training options – Bike Leader at CycleIreland
3. Route mapping – MapMyRide and Strava
4. Garmin Edges – How to down-load routes fro MayMyRide and Strava, and features of the Garmin Edge
5. Cycle Lead Rota – feedback on how the process can be improved
6. Building the inventory of cycle routes – process and conventions
7. Structure of cycle training programme – route progression
8. Training tips – how to build these into your club cycles
9. Any other business
The meeting will be no longer than 90 minutes. Please sent me a WhatsApp message directly (!) if you are coming – if we have more than 15 in total we will secure a room upstairs to have the meeting.
