Hi all,
With triathlon race season about to kick-off (for most of us anyway) it is useful to fit in some OWS to be prepared for race day. While our coaches will be incorporating OWS drills into some of our indoor swim sessions at WW, there is no better way than putting the drills into practice and heading outside. As always, safety is paramount and if you intend on doing an OWS swim session, make sure that you do not go out alone – there are plenty of What’s App groups!!!
THE CLONTARF BATHS
On the back of the success of the OWS sessions at The Clontarf Baths, we have arranged to reserve a lane on Friday evenings from 18:30 – 19:30 , for the next 3/4 weeks while the sea water heats up!! This is a great way of getting in some OWS after work on a Friday while not being limited by tide times etc.
Cost: €5:00 per person.
NB: This is a member led session only.
NBB: Bobby Nolan (who manages The Clontarf Baths pool) has asked that Piranha members only go to the above specified times.
We will revisit this booking after this period expires.

We are also inquiring about OWS with Swim Ireland and what races are open to those with Special Membership. Watch this space!
Cheers
Dave
